2021 Kia K5

Kia’s new kid on the block is a blast to drive! The K5 will make you fall in love with driving again.

The 2021 Kia K5 is the brand new midsized sedan that will replace the Kia Optima.

The EX trim has a 1.6L turbo engine that gets 180 horsepower and has 195 LB-FT of torque. The K5 gets amazing gas mileage at 27MPG city and 37MPG hwy.

With a lower and wider stance than the Optima, the K5 has aggressive styling with ‘z’ shaped turn signals, 18-inch wheels, a swooping fastback style and a taillight that goes end-to-end.

Inside, the K5 has a buttery soft leather interior, heated and ventilated seats, and a panoramic sunroof with acoustic glass.

The EX Premium Package includes upgrades such as a 10-inch infotainment system, Bluetooth and voice recognition, 12-speaker Bose sound system, and Active Sound Design, which enhances engine noise.

There is a conveniently placed wireless charging station in the center console and you get a Sounds of Nature feature that plays ambient noise and calming sounds such as sea waves or a crackling fireplace.

Safety features on the K5 include: forward collision avoidance, smart cruise control, navigation based smart cruise control, highway driving assist, safe exit assist, and parking collision avoidance.
