2021 Buick Envision

Buick gave the Envision an update for 2021 complete with redesigned styling, a new standard engine, upgraded tech and a premium Avenir trim level. The second generation of the compact crossover is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four with 230 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. A nine-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive are standard, with all-wheel drive available as an option on all but the base model.  You can expect 24 mpg city and 31 mpg hwy.

The exterior of the 2021 Envision is longer, wider and much more sculpted than the previous model. A larger grille and narrower headlights and taillights also help to modernize the appearance.

Inside, the new 2021 Envision will offer Buick’s first 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will be included on all models along with pre-installed Amazon Alexa connectivity, Pandora, Spotify and Fox Sports apps.

Safety features include: automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, a following distance indicator, and rear parking sensors. Higher-trims will feature automatic parking assist with front and rear sensors, blind-spot monitoring, Buick’s Safety Alert Seat warning system to check for rear passengers before exiting the vehicle, a head-up display, and a 360-degree camera system.
