This dealership was incredible when an insurance rebate I was supposed to receive was a problem. I bought a car 8 years ago with an extended service policy that would refund me the total premium if I didn't use it. When I tried to get my money back, the insurance company had gone out of business and complaints on the web about it were vicious as people simply lost their money. I called Del Grande group and explained the situation to a service guy at Capitol Subaru, who went out of his way to send a note to a corporate customer service person, who said Del Grande honors any commitment made when someone buys a car from them. Then the finance department emailed me and said my money would be sent by Del Grande. A few weeks later I had all my $1400 back - that is incredible service. I'll be in to buy new car from them soon.

In April 2015 I was in a terrible car accident which left my 2015 Mazda totaled. I had to take many steps while I was recovering and still am recovering from the accident. I had to get a lot of confusing paperwork together and submitted. Tracey Schmidt was an angel. Because of everything I was dealing with, my lawyer's paralegal took care of some of the paperwork for me and accidentally cancelled my GAP insurance which is what would've paid for my totaled car. Tracey Schmidt worked her damn magic and got my GAP insurance reinstated. Thanks to her I don't have to pay for a car I don't even own anymore. Tracey is thorough, kind, hard-working, and she's been in the business for years and knows exactly what she is doing. She doesn't even have to email me anymore but still continues to check on me to make sure that everything has been taken care of. This car accident ruined my life but thanks to Tracey Schmidt its a little less stressful. I will forever be in her debt! Thank you so so so much for helping me with my car accident. It was time to call it quits on my 2001 Honda Civic. Working at a dealership myself I know how sales can become to shop for a car and being under pressure to purchase. Ive gone car shopping in the past and it has just been a horrible experience. Aaron Ulrich. Aaron Ulrich took great care of us when he sold us our new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We ordered the Jeep via email which was by choice and it worked out great as we were busy and not able to get to the dealership to do all that stuff. When our Jeep arrived, Aaron cleared his schedule for us in a moment’s notice and met us at the dealership to deliver our Jeep! This was a 5 star experience from a 5 star guy and dealership!
