I have bought two cars from this dealer group - and comparing my experience here with the other dealerships I've worked with, I am definitely impressed with their culture. Now, the old adage of you can't make everyone happy definitely applies. Personally, the reps and even corporate higher ups do go out of their way. No one is too good to speak with you, and even the owner is very approachable. Yes, I've been offered lower prices at other dealerships, but there was always a catch. The salespeople I've worked with showed me without me even asking how they formulate their pricing based on market, with no catch, no gimmicks, and no games, and always made it transparent. To be perfectly honest, even if their pricing is a tad bit higher, I'd rather pay it for the customer service, not having to haggle, and not being patronized - after all - you get what you pay for.

Great service in my leased buyout, Andrew helped us with the process, professional, and very good service up until all the end. Even their Service Dept. This dealership was incredible when an insurance rebate I was supposed to receive was a problem. I bought a car 8 years ago with an extended service policy that would refund me the total premium if I didn't use it. When I tried to get my money back, the insurance company had gone out of business and complaints on the web about it were vicious as people simply lost their money. I called Del Grande group and explained the situation to a service guy at Capitol Subaru, who went out of his way to send a note to a corporate customer service person, who said Del Grande honors any commitment made when someone buys a car from them. Then the finance department emailed me and said my money would be sent by Del Grande. A few weeks later I had all my $1400 back - that is incredible service. I'll be in to buy new car from them soon.
